Measurable quality from start to finish

Our machining centers are equipped with precision touch probes, and each facility has tool presetting devices and additional measuring stations directly on the shop floor.

For series production, we rely on optical-tactile measuring devices and 3D coordinate measuring machines that automatically inspect large quantities. In our climate-controlled metrology rooms, we achieve maximum precision on even the most delicate components – non-contact and measured to the micron level.

Inspected, approved, documented

Our customers benefit from first article inspection (FAI) reports, digital measurement records, and material testing (e.g., MT, PT, VT, ET). For special requirements, we also carry out in-process inspections, material re-identification, or final acceptance inspections – even in cooperation with external inspectors.
